The mud uses the telnet protocol to negotiate certain options out of band
(invisible to the user)  This command allows you to display the options that
have been negotiated as well as certain user settable options as well as
modify the user options. 

Running this command with no parameters will display your current options,
running this command with a parameter will attempt to set that option.

Syntax: telnet [option (value)]

Options currently available to be set:
	* Wrap (X) - Tells the server to wrap the text after X amount of
		characters.  A 0 tells the server never to wrap text and a
		-1 tells the server to wrap based on the number of columns
		your client reports.
