Send and tell can be used to telepathically communicate with another player in
the game. If you do not have the proper magic to detect invisible or misted
players, you will be unable to communicate with them.

Example:
: tell bob noooo
You sent: "noooo" to Bob.
: ### Bob just flashed, "huh?".
