This command allows you to roll a combination of dice you specify. If no
combination of dice is specified, it is assumed 2 6-sided dice are rolled
(2d6). This is useful for things such as dividing up treasure amongst a
group, or just sitting around and gambling when idling.

Example:
: dice 2d6+2
You roll 2d6+2: 8
: dice 8d4+11
You roll 8d4+11: 27
: dice 8d4-3 
You roll 8d4-3: 17
