The changestats command can be used to go back and time and reset your initial
stats (Str,Dex,Con,Int,Pie) at character creation. Updates will then be applied 
up to your current level based on those new initial stats chosen. In order for this
command to be used, it must be activated for you. Please mudmail (^EHELP MUDMAIL) 
a DM if you feel you have a case to reset your stats. If approved, we will let you 
know when you can proceed to use the command. Once stats are reset, the changestats 
command is deactivated and will need to be turned on again for future use.
