Monsters will now attack the player with the highest threat, instead of
the player that hit them last.  Threat is based on damage done to the
monster or to healing done to party members in the presence of the monster
as well as other offensive actions.


Current Threat values (Currently being actively tweaked):
1 damage            = 1 threat & contribution
2 heal              = 1 threat, 2 contribution
Successful Circle   = 5% of monster's max health threat & contribution
Unsuccessful Circle = 2.5% of monster's max health threat & contribution
